WILL I LOSE MY POINTS?

Because points are earned based on dollars spent, your balance will be adjusted based on the type of return you choose:

• Refunds: You will lose the points earned for every dollar that is refunded to your original payment method.
• Store Credit & Exchanges: You will keep all points earned if you choose to return your items for a gift card or an exchange.
• Note on Redemptions: You will not receive "new" points when an exchange order is issued or when you redeem a gift card for a purchase.

COUPONS & REWARD CODES

If you used a reward coupon on an order that you are now returning, please note the following:

• Automatic Restoration: Coupons and reward codes are not automatically added back to your account once a return is processed.
• How to Reclaim: To have your reward or coupon reinstated, please email our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
