If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can update your shipping address directly through your account.
Update Your Address Online
- Log in to your Wild Oak Boutique account and go to your orders.
- If your order is still in the processing phase, you will see an option to Edit your order.
- Update your shipping details and save.
Need Assistance? If you cannot make adjustments through your account, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it leaves our warehouse. Please have your order number and the new address ready.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped If an incorrect address was provided and the order has already shipped, please send us your order number and the correct address right away. While we cannot guarantee a reroute, we will attempt to help retrieve the package. In many cases, packages with incorrect addresses are eventually returned to our warehouse as undeliverable.
