Important Shipping Details

• Processing Time: We aim to ship all orders the same business day if placed before 10 AM CST. Orders placed after this time on Friday will ship the following Monday.
• Address Updates: Once an international order is placed, we are unable to update the shipping address.
• Duties & Taxes: Please note that Duties, GST, and Taxes are non-refundable once your parcel has shipped.
• Claims Window: If there is an issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days of placing your order.
• Potential Delays: Please note that shipping times and time in transit may be delayed during holidays, large promotions, or due to severe weather conditions.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This email contains all the information you need to follow your package's journey. If you have trouble tracking your order, please email us with your order number for assistance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or carrier. We will wait 7 days from the date marked as "delivered" before filing an official claim.
• Claims Process: Claims may result in a replacement package or store credit for sold-out items. We do not offer refunds for packages marked as "delivered". .
• Non-Deliverable Packages: Packages returned as non-deliverable will not be reshipped. They will be eligible for store credit, minus shipping expenses.
• Defective Merchandise: If an item arrives damaged, please visit our Returns Portal immediately. Select "item is damaged" as your reason and provide a photo so we can assist you.
