THE EXCHANGE PROCESS

To ensure a smooth transition to your new items, we follow a standard release process:

• Drop-off Required: You must first drop off your return package at the designated carrier.
• Order Release: Your new exchange order will be automatically released and processed for shipment as soon as the carrier scans your return package.
• Even Exchanges: For even exchanges, your new items will ship once that scan is confirmed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Price Differences: If your new items have a higher value, a convenient payment invoice for the difference will be sent directly to your email.
• Item Availability: Because our unique styles sell out quickly, your exchange items are officially secured the moment your return package is scanned by the carrier and any price difference invoice is settled. We highly recommend dropping your return off early to lock in your selection!
• Tracking: You will receive a brand new shipping confirmation email with tracking information the moment your exchange order leaves our warehouse.
