SUBMITTING AN EXCHANGE

• How do I start? Simply initiate your exchange via our Returns Portal. Once complete, you can use the provided QR code or shipping label to drop off your package at your local carrier.
• What can be exchanged? Most items are eligible, however, earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hosiery, face masks, hair tools, or any items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

• When will my exchange ship? Your new order will be processed and shipped the moment your return package is scanned by the shipping carrier.
• Paying a Balance: If your new items cost more than your original return, we will send an invoice via email for the difference. 
• Important Note: Because our unique styles sell out quickly, your exchange items are officially secured for shipment the moment your return package is scanned by the carrier and any price difference invoice is settled. We highly recommend dropping your return off early to lock in your selection!

SHOP NOW FEATURE

• What is Shop Now? This feature allows you to select new products directly on our website during the return process.
• Bonus Credits: If you select *Shop Now*, you may be eligible for bonus credits toward your new order. These credits only apply to exchanges of equal or greater value than the original items and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Restrictions: We are unable to apply rewards points or additional promo codes to cover any remaining price difference during a "Shop Now" exchange. There are no additional processing fees for performing an exchange.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the "Shop Now" feature or portal is not loading correctly, please try using Google Chrome or Safari in incognito/private mode. Many issues are caused by "pop-up" browsers used within apps like Facebook or Instagram.
