Thank you for shopping with Wild Oak Boutique! If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are happy to help you find something you love.

To begin your process, please follow these steps:

Visit the Portal: Go to our returns portal.
Select Your Resolution: Follow the prompts to set up an exchange, a return for store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
Get Your Label: If a return label is required, it will be generated for you once the setup is complete.

We offer several ways to ensure you're satisfied with your order:

Exchanges: Swap your item for a different size or a completely new product during the portal process (within 30 days of purchase).
Store Credit: Return your item and receive credit to use on a future purchase (within 30 days of purchase).
Refunds: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you can select this option directly within our Return Portal within 14 days of delivery. A flat 3% processing fee and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount, whether or not you purchased Re:do Coverage.

Return Policy: For full eligibility details, please refer to our return policy link provided within the portal.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
