How do I submit a return? Simply start your return via our Returns Portal. You can choose to use the QR code or shipping label provided once you initiate the process.
Can I return products from multiple orders together? No, at this time, you can only create returns for individual orders.
Can I change my return type? If you need to modify your return or switch from store credit to an exchange, please email our support team. We can modify the request or cancel it so you can start a new one.

We have partnered with Re:do to provide a seamless return experience.

Coverage Benefits: For a small fee at checkout, you receive Free Unlimited Returns for store credit or exchanges, plus Package Protection on your order.
Without Coverage: If you opt out of Re:do, you can still use our portal, but a shipping label fee will apply per return.

Have you received my return? Returns typically arrive at our warehouse within 3–10 business days.
When will I get my credit? Your store credit or exchange order will be processed as soon as the carrier scans your return package.
Missing Labels: If you don't see your label or QR code in your inbox, please check your promotions and junk/spam folders. Please wait 24 hours before contacting support if it hasn't arrived.

"Shop Now" not working? If the portal isn't loading correctly, try using Google Chrome or Safari in incognito/private mode. Issues often occur when using "pop-up" browsers within apps like Facebook or Instagram.
Refund Requests: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please contact our support team. Please note that a standard processing fee applies to all refunds.
