We want our international customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please note the following requirements for international returns:

Window: Items must be returned or postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit.
Refunds: Refunds to your original payment method are available within 14 days of delivery.
Holiday Exception: Orders placed between October 21st and December 26th are eligible for store credit until January 31st. Refunds must still be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hosiery, face masks, hair tools, items marked "Final Sale," or products with sanitary tags removed.

We’ve partnered with Re:do to provide a seamless return experience for our international customers.

With Coverage: Enjoy free returns for store credit and integrated package protection.
Without Coverage: You can still use our portal, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Refunds: All refunds to your original payment method have a flat 3% processing fee plus the cost of the return shipping label, with or without Re:do Coverage.

Visit the Portal: Go to our Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code.
Ship It Back: You can use a label from our portal or your preferred carrier. Ensure it is postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time.
Refunds: Refunds to your original payment method can be selected directly in our Returns Center within 14 days of delivery. A flat 3% processing fee and the cost of the return label are deducted from your refund, whether or not you purchased Re:do Coverage.
