We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please keep the following requirements in mind:

Window: Items must be returned or postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Holiday Exception: Orders placed between October 21st and December 26th are eligible for return until January 31st.
Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, items marked "Final Sale," or products with sanitary tags removed.

With Coverage ($2.48): Enjoy free unlimited returns for store credit or exchanges and integrated package protection on your order.
Without Coverage: You can still use our portal, but a shipping label fee of $4.95 will apply per return.

Visit the Portal: Go to our Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code.
Choose Your Method: You can use our generated label or ship it back yourself using your preferred carrier.

Exchanges: For even exchanges, your new order will ship as soon as your return package is scanned by the carrier. If your new items have a higher value, an invoice for the difference will be sent via email. Because our unique styles sell out quickly, your exchange items are officially secured for shipment the moment your return package is scanned by the carrier and any price difference invoice is settled. We highly recommend dropping your return off early to lock in your selection!
Refunds: Refunds to your original payment method can be selected directly within our Return Portal. If you purchased Re:do Coverage at checkout, your return shipping and refund processing are 100% free. If you did not purchase Re:do Coverage, a return shipping label fee and a flat 3% processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
