We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please keep the following requirements in mind:

Store Credit & Exchanges: Items must be returned or postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds: Refunds to your original payment method are available within 14 days of delivery.
Holiday Exception: Orders placed between October 21st and December 26th are eligible for store credit or exchange until January 31st. Refunds must still be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Jeans must have original tags attached.
Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, items marked "Final Sale," or products with sanitary tags removed.
Marketplace Orders: Orders placed through TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, or Target must be returned through that marketplace.

With Coverage: Enjoy free exchanges and store credit plus package protection on your order.
Without Coverage: You can still use our portal, but the cost of the return shipping label will apply per return.
Refunds: All refunds to your original payment method have a flat 3% processing fee plus the cost of the return shipping label, with or without Re:do Coverage.

Visit the Portal: Go to our Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code.
Choose Your Method: You can use our generated label or ship it back yourself using your preferred carrier.

Exchanges: For even exchanges, your new order will ship as soon as your return package is scanned by the carrier. If your new items have a higher value, an invoice for the difference will be sent via email. Because our unique styles sell out quickly, your exchange items are officially secured for shipment the moment your return package is scanned by the carrier and any price difference invoice is settled. We highly recommend dropping your return off early to lock in your selection!
Refunds: Refunds to your original payment method can be selected directly within our Return Portal within 14 days of delivery. A flat 3% processing fee and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount, whether or not you purchased Re:do Coverage. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are not charged these fees.
